The Speedo Aqua Gloves can be used for Aqua aerobics or for swim training.

The Aqua gloves create water resistance that you can use to increase your upper body strength.

They create a low impact upper body workout which minimises pressure on your joints, which is ideal if you recovering from an injury.

When used for swim training they produce a less intensive workout compared to paddles, but they are easier to wear and your less likely to injure yourself.
