The 2.0 mm thick blade made of Swedish stainless steel ensures clean, precise cuts. The knife comes with a black or orange handle that is ergonomically designed, includes a finger guard, and provides a secure grip in all weather conditions. Supplied with a plastic sheath that is easy to clean.

The Gut Hook Knife Hunting 351 (S) is designed to protect the internal organs when the hunter opens the belly of the game. The 2 mm thick Swedish stainless steel blade has a curved shape to avoid damaging internal organs. It features an ergonomic handle with a friction grip and finger guard for safe handling. The knife comes with an EasyClean sheath with a ribbed interior that is easy to rinse, allows airflow, and drains moisture to prevent rust.
Efficient and gentle for field dressing and skinning
This gut hook knife is specifically developed to efficiently yet gently open the game’s belly and make skinning cuts along the legs. The stainless steel blade provides strength and stability in every pulling cut, while the curved design reduces the risk of damaging the internal organs. The handle fits comfortably in the hand and features a finger guard and friction grip to ensure a secure hold in any condition.
Blade made of durable Swedish stainless steel
The Gut Hook Knife 351 (S) features a 2 mm thick, 63 mm long blade made from recycled Swedish stainless steel (12C27), which is durable, retains a long-lasting edge, and requires minimal maintenance. Heat-treated in our knife factory in Mora, the steel reaches a hardness of 58 HRC. All components of the knife are produced in our Mora facility, backed by over 130 years of knife-making tradition.
